Deposit to pay £1745 - Please note that £435 portion of the deposit contributes towards professional trade consumables and materials sourced from multiple suppliers and used throughout the project operations which is need for multiple materials which we use from different suppliers, and is not used towards labour, the remained of deposit (£0) will be used towards labour at some point of the job.
Please note deposits are not taken until we are 100% confirmed on a start date from us with you, and soon to be starting the project.
Discount yes, Customer using R Pro Decorators account for all painting & materials. Customer to pay Day Rate - The chargeable day Rate, is applicable daily, until the customer is happy with Job and its completed or R Pro decorators is no longer required for assistants by the customer or R Pro Decorators close of business.

Decorators coming to your project x2 people which is £520 per day or one person which is £260
All invoice to be paid every 2 days (Tuesday & Thursdays)
Any other works requested to be done by us will be refereed to customer before moving on
R Pro Decorators is not responsible for any other trades or workmanship
All floors to be covered where needed
Should an unknown problems arise there will be additional charges
Time management of work is arrange by R Pro.

Please note the below information
- Deposit Payment: will need to be paid before the job is undertaken before R Pro decorators starts any work.
- Any Major Faults found: that needs remedial work which is here listed walls, ceiling, woodwork, water stain, major cracks in plaster work, peeling from incorrect application from previous application from home owners DIY, painter or any another person. will be charged as extra to the total only if not already requested in the list of works by the customer Specification but only after any such issue has been discussed with you. Any problems not disclosed or found by R Pro Decorators will be charged as extra work. see more Click here
- Materials: are non-refundable & remain the property of R Pro Decorators until full total invoice payment is cleared and received. Account and Materials also follows on R Pro Decorators T&C.
- Payments: are to be paid by bank transfer or cash only. Part total payments are to be paid in full every 2 working days during job and full payment is to be completed & paid on the day of completion. Invoice days are Tuesday and Thursdays.
- Empty paint tins: will be recycled only when applicable on a job, if paint tin/s are empty with lids and not contaminated by any other products on job and the terms and conditions are followed and have been met.
- Any colour chosen, is the responsibility of the customer, and we strongly recommend having a tester pot sample made, so you can test different areas and surfaces.- please see technical advice on R Pro Decorators website (please note any paint mixed in your chosen colour, then if you do changed your mind, you can not be refunded for paint already mixed by supplier)
- Teams and conditions, are to be fully read and signed by the customer before any work is undertaken
- R Pro Decorators Step by step before we begin any project - This is to confirm that I have received R Pro Decorators Step by step guide by either via Text, email, verbally, brochure by R Pro Decorators or I have read on R Pro Decorators website.
- This Project Falls undertaken the Brand of R Pro Decorators – Not under any other brands,
- Customer agrees to follow government guidelines / R Pro Decorators safety T&C for COVID-19
- If anything is missing on this list of works, please notify us, before signing, so we can list in above details specifications
- Any Added Works during the job needs to be signed for by Customer so we can add to our spec sheet
- No refund on any labor worked

- If customer changes profiling during or after a project - please be aware there is an extra charge if requested to paint areas
- R Pro Decorators is not responsible for any products used on any project, as we are not the maker of any products. There are no guarantees with any product used on the project from the (manufacturer) this is standard practice with every paint manufacture . It’s the responsibility of the maker (manufacturer) of any products used and its performance. The manufacturer is completely liable for their own products solely and not R Pro Decorators.
- Paints applied on areas may need a 3rd coat, which is extra cost in labor and materials if needed to the estimated job.
- The Substrate (walls etc) of your original building has no guarantees by R Pro Decorators during or after works finished and is the customers responsibility - cracking - peeling other problems can re - occur to to original building which has no responsibility of R Pro Decorators
- R Pro Decorators is not responsible for any supplier service, deliveries, payments, stock or conduct.
- Wellbeing operations customers are to follow during all project after hours contact see T&C for more info.
- R Pro Decorators stipulates start dates of all projects and timings of work, Guidance & Understanding on Time frames
- R Pro Decorators is not Vat registered- no vat on our labour
- Customer or other trades or installation of new items in areas. Should a other trade or customer damage our work after works has completed or during works and should you wish us to correct and repaint please be aware there is an extra charge for works.
- AI (chatgbt) advice can’t replace 20+ years of real trade experience or the details of your project
- Documents from R Pro Decorators must not be shared, copied, or screen-captured without our written permission.
