This is to confirm the customer will or understands the disposal of any rubbish which is related to the job, is not R Pro Decorators responsibility, and is aware that rubbish should be disposed of professionally .

The named Customer bellow understands its their responsibility to keep on top of the maintenance of their own property, this information has been explained to them to help keep things nice, and the named person bellow has been pointed out facts to help them by R Pro decorators Terms and conditions ,which has been signed for & also explained in person to them.

R Pro Decorators takes no responsibility for problems which could occur within the named property above, due to the original building, subsidence, moisture issues, customer over heating or under heating property, re-occurringcracking, movement cracks, flaking, leaching, peeling, mould, unforeseen hidden problems, staining, poor ventilation ,property instillation, walls which are cold or holding water, issues coming from outside to property to inside, cooking oils from customer use, indoor and out door All weathers, other trades / companies damaging our work from their work and many other factors.

The named Customer below understands their is no material guarantee on any products used in this job.

R Pro Decorators is not responsible for any products used on any project, as we are not the maker of any products. It’s the responsibility of the maker (manufacturer) of any products used and its performance. The manufacturer is completely liable for their own products solely and not R Pro Decorators

Other trades or installation of new items in areas. Should a other trade damage our work after works has now completed and should you wish us to correct and repaint please be aware there is an extra charge for works.
