Customer Online Review
Website reviews on any social media platform and or verbal reviews to other businesses or potential customers. R Pro Decorators has the right to claim for financial harm which has no cap on recovering financial loss, due to defamation, false statements ,contacting any 3rd party which R pro Decorators uses for the Business, defamation pr or harmful comments. If the author writes the review about R Pro Decorators business. R Pro decorators is legally allowed to claim for any loss of business due to financial loss from the online comments made.
Customer Online & in person behavior
R Pro Decorators has the right to report to the police if any Customer is acting in any manner towards anyone at R Pro Decorators online or in person, Harassment, stalking, malicious behavior,threatening behavior, verbal abuse, contacting any 3rd party which R pro Decorators uses for the Business, defamation pr, racism, keyboard warriors, trolling, cyber-crime, defamation, Braking the law in any way. We Will report to the police to deal with / any other 3rd party relevant Busniess or company.
Wellbeing operations
All customers are to follow are after hours operations agreement which can be read in our T&C document agreement.
Projects
All projects fulls under the name R Pro Decorators, not checkatrade, dulux, dulux select or any other name apart from R Pro Decorators.
Guarantee
R Pro Decorators gives no Guarantees for any materials used on any projects, due to the nature of the business. No supplier of paints etc, also gives no Guarantees to there own products which they make.
Supplier service, deliveries or conduct
R Pro Decorators is not responsible for any supplier service, deliveries or conduct.
