Ross was very proactive and diligent in organising and agreeing the work and was then fast, efficient and thorough when executing. Several other additional jobs were completed in that time including an electrician replaced the deck lights. The main job was completed on time and under quote (day rate agreed). I wasn’t present so Ross had a WhatsApp group with frequent updates/pictures showing progress to completion. I was extremely satisfied with the final job.

Through the past few years, I have been fortunate enough to build up a small property portfolio in the Bournemouth and New Forest areas.
Some, when purchased, have required professional total overhaul, ready for occupation or re sale, and some have just needed a professional caring and high degree of attention to detail in total re painting of the property, depending on the condition when I initially purchase.
Very recently I acquired a 4-bedroom detached house in central BOURNEMOUTH, which required a full overhaul, and I required it to be brought up to top standards prior to occupation.

Fantastic service again with Ross and team. A damp leak in my ceiling- paper removed, damp proofing put on, replastered and painted that whole area of ceiling. Now looks better than it did before the leak! Available to work the week after I called, prompt as always and always friendly and professional. A reasonable price for work done in blocks over 3 days (in order to let things dry). Ross was also able to put up my mirror and drill hooks into the wall for me whilst he was there which was very kind.

We’ve been in our home for 10 years and never spent any money on it, so we felt it was long overdue some renovating- starting with the lounge. My husband and I wanted a clean, polished and precise finish- so decided to get professionals to do the job. I had Ross in to decorate my lounge this week. He did a fantastic job (along with Michael). His attention to detail made the final result absolutely fantastic. I had a weird lump in the wall (an issue with the roof) but he took care of it and used his contacts (roofer) to help me get that corrected as well. It took the worry off me as I was at work that it was all being sorted to a high standard. It has completely updated and changed the dreary old room to something I love and want to be in. He even tidied up all the cables behind the TV for me and goes above and beyond the remit. I told him he is my decorator for ever now and will be using him every time.
