This document confirms that the above customer/client contract and all associated works have been completed. You acknowledge that you are satisfied with the works undertaken and confirm that the quality and execution meet your expectations, covering all works detailed within the specification as well as any additional works carried out.

This document confirms that all areas requested by the customer have been decorated to a satisfactory standard. The completed works have been inspected and signed off jointly by R Pro Decorators and the customer, and are accepted as complete at the time of sign-off.

This document confirms that the paintwork has fully dried and that all completed areas have been inspected by the named customer. By signing below, the customer confirms they are satisfied with the completed works and acknowledge that due care and attention have been taken by R Pro Decorators in carrying out the works.

This document confirms that the below-named client has voluntarily paid R Pro Decorators in full and final settlement of all monies due in relation to the agreed works. No further sums are outstanding or payable by the client as at the date of this confirmation.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that R Pro Decorators is not responsible for the disposal of any waste or rubbish arising from the works. Responsibility for the professional and lawful disposal of such waste rests solely with the customer.
I confirm that the works carried out by R Pro Decorators have been completed to an acceptable standard and are hereby accepted as fully complete.

The below-named customer acknowledges and agrees that ongoing maintenance of their property is their sole responsibility. This responsibility has been explained to the customer by R Pro Decorators for the purpose of maintaining the condition of the property.

The customer further confirms that the relevant facts and requirements have been explained to them in accordance with R Pro Decorators’ Terms and Conditions, which have been provided, explained in person, and formally signed and accepted by the customer.

R Pro Decorators accepts no responsibility or liability for defects, damage, or issues arising within the above-named property where such issues result from factors outside of R Pro Decorators’ control. This includes, but is not limited to: the condition or age of the original building; structural movement or subsidence; moisture or damp issues; inadequate or excessive heating; recurring or movement-related cracking; flaking, leaching, peeling, mould growth, or staining; poor or inadequate ventilation; defects in the property’s construction or installation; cold walls or walls retaining moisture; water ingress from external sources; issues originating externally and manifesting internally; cooking oils or other contaminants arising from the customer’s use of the property; internal and external weather conditions; damage caused by other trades, contractors, or third parties; and any unforeseen or hidden defects. Any such matters are expressly excluded from R Pro Decorators’ responsibility and do not constitute defects in workmanship.

The below-named customer acknowledges and agrees that no material or product guarantee is provided by R Pro Decorators in relation to any products or materials used in connection with the works.

R Pro Decorators shall not be liable for the performance, quality, or suitability of any products or materials used in connection with any project, as R Pro Decorators is not the manufacturer of such products. Responsibility for any product warranties, defects, or performance issues rests solely with the relevant manufacturer. The manufacturer bears full and exclusive liability for its products, and no liability in respect of such products is accepted by R Pro Decorators.

Where other trades or contractors carry out works or install new items within or adjacent to completed areas, R Pro Decorators shall not be responsible for any damage caused to previously completed works. Should the customer request R Pro Decorators to rectify, repair, or repaint any damage caused by third parties after completion, such works shall be treated as additional works and will be subject to an extra charge.

The below-named client confirms that this document has been signed freely and voluntarily.

This document confirms that the contractual relationship between R Pro Decorators and the below-named client in respect of the agreed works has now concluded. All works up to the completion date signed below are fully complete which are either on Original works listed or & extra works listed or requested by me (customer) via other means .

Any works requested or carried out after this completion date shall constitute additional works, shall be chargeable to the client, and must be agreed in writing with R Pro Decorators prior to commencement.
