Dear Customer

Throughout 2024 and into 2025, inflation has persistently impacted various sectors, categories, and industries. Amidst this challenging landscape, we continue to face rising costs due to a combination of factors, including increased supplier costs and our own operational expenses. Since our last price change on July 1, 2024, we have taken steps to minimize and, where possible, absorb aspects of these rising costs to mitigate the impact on our customers. However, despite these efforts and our ongoing commitment to providing market-leading quality products and services, we must inform you that, effective May 1, 2025, a price increase will be implemented for ALL Dulux Decorator Centre customers. The level of the price increase will vary across product categories, reflecting the changes we have received from our suppliers. It’s worth noting that we are not the only paint manufacturer to increase their prices, both Crown and PPG have also seen recent increases. These increases inevitably get passed on via the merchant stores – Dulux Decorator Center, Brewers etc.
