- Contract price confirmed with customer (via phone) Written quotation and full documentation is only produced once verbal estimate is approved by customer, we then continue to next steps bellow
- Specifications list of works sent to customer & Contract price confirmed (via email) Customer to sign
- Terms, conditions & helpful hints sent to customer to sign (via email) Customer to sign
- Customer pays deposit
- R Pro Decorators confirm start date
- Project overseen from start to finish
