Home refurbished

Having your home refurbished is very stressful but Ross made the experience as painless as possible and always had a smile and a joke. He is a perfectionist so the work is of a really high standard and everything looked perfect when finished. He managed the other trades that we needed and made sure they all turned up when needed. He is also great at sourcing things, if you suddenly discover you need something he will find it and also recommending additional services like curtains and lighting who all turned out to be really good. Refurbishment of a 3 bedroom apartment

R-Pro Decorators carried out the refurbishment of a 3 bedroom apartment including electrical work, new carpets and blinds, some plumbing work, plus painting and making good cracks and other defects.

Apart from making sure the decorating work was carried out to a high standard, Ross provided the central point of contact for all of the associated trades (electrician, plumber, carpet fitters etc). These days it’s hard enough to source one reliable tradesperson let alone four or five, so having Ross project manage everything saved me a lot of time and hassle.

He was also very pro-active and prepared to sort out issues that weren’t directly related to the job in hand, such liaising with the broadband internet provider. This proved to be invaluable considering I had not yet moved into the property and wasn’t available to be on-site; his regular video updates of progress were also helpful on account of my absence.

I would not hesitate to recommend R-Pro Decorators and will definitely call upon them again if needed.

Rewire, plumbing, carpentry and decorating of whole flat

Very convenient that Ross has a team of tradespeople I could use – electrician, plumber and carpenter. Ross also managed the whole project which was so helpful. Each of the tradespeople did an excellent job, particularly Aaron, the electrician, who was able to do a difficult rewire with minimal damage. Throughout the project I was kept up to date with photos/videos. Ross always kept me informed about changes and when additional work was required. Overall, all the work has been completed to a excellent standard. I’m very happy with the service provided by R Pro decorators.

Water leak from the above property  - emergency call out  -  team of trades

We had a leak from the upstairs flat coming into our bathroom area, Called the owner of R Pro Decorators, who responded and came to our property with in 1 hour. He helped make the areas safe and also arrange his plumbers to come and sort the problem from above. Saving us the amount of damage which could have happen if we haven’t had such a great and quick response from R Pro Decorators. They also arranged the drying progress to use (D humidifier to help dry everything quickly) So the painting can be put back to its original state before the water leak happened. 10/10 from us. Highly recommend R Pro Decorators and his team of trades.

External painting and Decorating , specialist root-on wood, repair care wood work resin

RPro took on this complex work when others wouldn’t. RPro stripped back the woodwork to reveal the extent of the problems and expertly completed resin repairs where possible. RPro also provided a carpenter, who replaced rotten timber with hardwood where necessary. When completed, the woodwork was painted to a high standard of finish. The best quality materials were used and both RPro and RPro carpenter were meticulous in their pursuit of optimum solutions. An excellent job and I would definitely use RPro again.
