Our dining room needed redecorating because there was water damage. Ross explained what was was required to ensure the water stains were properly dealt with and gave us a very fair quote. He made sure we had the best quality paint and colour that we wanted and his decorator Tiago did an excellent job. Both were friendly, polite, reliable and highly attentive. Highly recommended.

My neighbour recommended these decorators after having work done on her house. I needed the front bedroom renovated and I couldn’t have chosen a better business. The room now looks fantastic, finished to a high standard, and is definitely the best room in the house. Taking advantage of a few dry, sunny days they also painted the decking and pergola in the back garden as well as the garage door. The work desperately needed doing and I’m very grateful they made the time to do it. Ross, the owner, is professional, friendly, dependable, trustworthy and extremely helpful. He also has a wide range of contacts with other professional tradespeople who he was able to call in when needed. His excellent project management ensured that everything went smoothly and was perfectly co-ordinated. He also put me on touch with both curtain and carpet suppliers which was much appreciated. Also, thanks to Ross, I now have someone lined up to replace some garden fencing as well as a carpenter who is going to make me a desk. I really cannot praise R PRO highly enough. If you want any decorating work carried out you need look no further. Highly recommended.

R-Pro renewed my faith in tradespeople – Decorating outside of my 3 bed house, bathroom, outside office, fix PVC window board
Amazingly well organised, resourceful, skilled, hard working and entertaining team. They made a fabulous job of painting the outside of my 3 bed house, working their magic on blown pebbledash render, a few too many cracks and a large hole in my PVC windowsill (you would never know it was ever there). All transformed in a matter of (very hot) days.
Indoors they sorted out my failed attempt at decorating the bathroom, and worked wonders on the garden office which last saw a paintbrush in 2008, but wasn’t such a stranger to water damage and electric heater staining. It took 3 coats of stain block but these guys are perfectionists and it now looks as fresh as a daisy. All at very reasonable rates, very professionally managed, tidy, undemanding, and always on time. Great communication too. I’m known as a control freak, but after only a few hours I was happy to give way and let Ross do his thing. No regrets. Will use again and would highly recommend.

Home refurbished
Having your home refurbished is very stressful but Ross made the experience as painless as possible and always had a smile and a joke. He is a perfectionist so the work is of a really high standard and everything looked perfect when finished. He managed the other trades that we needed and made sure they all turned up when needed. He is also great at sourcing things, if you suddenly discover you need something he will find it and also recommending additional services like curtains and lighting who all turned out to be really good. R-Pro Decorators carried out the refurbishment of a 3 bedroom apartment including electrical work, new carpets and blinds, some plumbing work, plus painting and making good cracks and other defects.
Apart from making sure the decorating work was carried out to a high standard, Ross provided the central point of contact for all of the associated trades (electrician, plumber, carpet fitters etc). These days it’s hard enough to source one reliable tradesperson let alone four or five, so having Ross project manage everything saved me a lot of time and hassle.
He was also very pro-active and prepared to sort out issues that weren’t directly related to the job in hand, such liaising with the broadband internet provider. This proved to be invaluable considering I had not yet moved into the property and wasn’t available to be on-site; his regular video updates of progress were also helpful on account of my absence.
I would not hesitate to recommend R-Pro Decorators and will definitely call upon them again if needed.

Very convenient that Ross has a team of tradespeople I could use – electrician, plumber and carpenter. Ross also managed the whole project which was so helpful. Each of the tradespeople did an excellent job, particularly Aaron, the electrician, who was able to do a difficult rewire with minimal damage. Throughout the project I was kept up to date with photos/videos. Ross always kept me informed about changes and when additional work was required. Overall, all the work has been completed to a excellent standard. I’m very happy with the service provided by R Pro decorators.
